Every Phoenix Ripper is forged from a single solid billet of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum under 10,000 tons of pressure. The result is a wheel that is up to 40% lighter than cast alternatives, with a grain structure so dense it laughs at impact, fatigue, and everything the road throws at it. Our 5-axis CNC machines carve every spoke to sub-millimeter precision — sharp, aggressive, and unmistakably Phoenix.
