Phoenix Forged Wheels

At Phoenix Forged Wheels, every set of wheels is custom-built to order, crafted with precision and tailored specifically to your vehicle and preferences. Because of the custom nature of our products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.


1. All Sales Are Final (Custom Orders)

All Phoenix Forged Wheels products are custom-made based on the specifications you provide (vehicle type, sizing, finish, bolt pattern, etc.).

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom wheel orders once production has begun.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase ONLY
  • After 24 hours, your order is considered in production and cannot be canceled
  • Approved cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a processing/restocking fee (up to 10%)

3. Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications are correct at the time of order, including:

  • Bolt pattern
  • Offset
  • Wheel size
  • Vehicle compatibility

Phoenix Forged Wheels is not responsible for incorrect fitment due to customer-provided information.

If you need help, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Photos of the damage
    • Photos of packaging
    • Order number

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Repair
  • Replace
  • Or offer a resolution at our discretion

⚠️ Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.


5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
  • If your package is lost or severely damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier

6. Finish & Color Variations

Due to the custom finishing process:

  • Slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur
  • These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds

7. Installation & Use Disclaimer

Phoenix Forged Wheels is not liable for:

  • Improper installation
  • Use of incorrect tires
  • Damage caused by road hazards, racing, or misuse

Professional installation is strongly recommended.


8. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions Only)

Refunds will ONLY be considered if:

  • The product cannot be manufactured
  • Or we are unable to fulfill your order

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • You acknowledge that all products are custom-made and non-refundable.
  • You agree not to initiate a chargeback for:
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Fitment errors caused by incorrect information provided by you
    • Delays within reasonable production timelines

Fraudulent Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid order is considered fraudulent activity.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We will submit evidence including:
    • Order details
    • Customer approvals
    • IP address & transaction data
    • This refund policy agreement
  • You agree to be responsible for:
    • All chargeback fees
    • Administrative costs
    • Collection or legal fees if necessary
