Like every wheel in the Phoenix lineup, the Noble begins as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum. Under 10,000 tons of forging pressure, the metal is transformed — its grain structure compressed and aligned for maximum strength and minimum weight. Our 5-axis CNC machines then bring the Noble's distinctive design to life with sub-millimeter precision, producing a wheel that is up to 40% lighter than cast alternatives and built to perform as beautifully as it looks.
