Each Royalsetar wheel begins as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum — the same material trusted by the aviation industry. Under 10,000 tons of forging pressure, the metal is compressed and strengthened at a molecular level, producing a wheel that is up to 40% lighter than cast alternatives while delivering superior structural integrity. Our 5-axis CNC machines then sculpt every detail to sub-millimeter precision, creating a finish worthy of the name it carries.
